Buffalo cheese will be on the attention of visitors to the World of Milk from 4 to 7 November. The product, which matures for at least 60 days, is distinguished by its specific taste. The cheese has a dense and elastic structure and is suitable for every connoisseur of gourmet taste.
“The product is manufactured in accordance with good manufacturing practices and the requirements of the HACCP system. It complies with the requirements of EU Regulation 2073/2005 and the Food Act and no vegetable fats have been used in its production, ”the company commented.
Serdika Dobrich offers its customers packages of PVC 2, 0.800 and 0.400 kg, respectively.
