This year, Burdenis meat factory in Svilengrad will present all the range of its raw-dried products and delicacies, which have won prestigious awards and medals from various competitions, including medals from the previous exhibitions Meatmania Sofia and IFFA Frankfurt Germany.
Our latest product, which will take part in the Gold Medal Contest, is the “Lukanka Sword” created by our team of technologists, provoked by the region’s historical past. The product is made from largely diced pork with classic spices typical of the region of Aegean Thrace. It is filled in natural casing and has a shape resembling a sword.
