The word “halva” is derived from the Arabic. It is one of the most popular Oriental sweet confections. It was known in the 5th century BC and thanks to its incredible taste and unique properties nowadays it is a preferred sweet all over the world. Iran is considered to the home of halva, but there are different ways to prepare it in the Near and Middle East.
Sesame tahini paste with linseed, hazelnut tahini and hazelnut tahini halva are useful and delicious suggestions for every household. Sesame tahini paste with flax seed is sold since July 2017, while hazelnut halva and tahini paste will be on the market as of 01.11.2017.
