Four meat specialties will be a highlight of Elko Meat’s participation at the MEATMANIA 2023 exhibition. Visiting the company stand, we will discover more about the tastes and qualities of Homemade dry-cured lukanka dry-cured Homemade babek, dry-cured Homemade sujuk and boiled-smoked Moscow servilat .

Homemade dry-cured sausage contains pork, beef, salt up to 3%, preservative E252, antioxidants: E300, E301, a mixture of spices. Ready for direct consumption, the product is stored and transported at a temperature of 0ºC to +4ºC.

Homemade babek is another of the dry-cured delights of Elko Mes. It contains several ingredients, namely: pork, salt up to 3%, preservative E252, antioxidants: E300, E301, a mixture of spices, sugars. It is transported at a temperature of 0ºC to +4ºC and can be consumed directly.

Undoubtedly among the favorite meat delights in the native latitudes is sujuk. The Elko Mes team has created a delicious homemade sudjuk, dry-cured. The product will be presented at the company stand, as well as its composition of pork, table salt up to 3%, preservative E252, antioxidants: E300, E301, mixture of spices, sugars. As with the previous two company offerings, this Homemade Sujuk is ready for direct consumption and needs to be stored at temperatures from 0ºC to +4ºC.

The fourth delicacy that we present to you today from Elko Mes is Moscow Cervelat. This boiled-smoked product contains pork meat, bacon, cooking salt up to 2.5%, soy protein up to 1%, starch, milk proteins, preservative-sodium nitrite, stabilizers-di- and triphosphates, antioxidants-isoascorbic acid, citric acid, sodium ascorbate, dextrose, emulsifiers – mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mixture of spices, coloring – natural carmine. Moscow servilat is stored and transported at temperatures from 0ºC to +4º degrees and is ready for direct consumption.
