Mature beef from a farm “UNITEMP” is produced from specially selected animals by original DRY-AGING technology in a strictly controlled environment. The meat is rich in amino acids and is distinguished for its exceptionally pleasant taste and does not need any extra flavouring.
Boneless Rebuy-Steak, with evenly infiltrated fat, which in the process of maturing acquires intense aroma and taste, preserving its juiciness. It is best to be consumed when baked medium rare.
T-Bone – combines the tenderness of the tenderloin and the flavorful taste of the sirloin, and the characteristic T-bone in the middle allows the uniform baking of the meat and adds a slight sweetness.
New York steak – this is a boneless sirloin, characterized by its delicate structure and flavorful taste. It is suitable for grilling or in re-heated grill pan.
Chop-Steak from the rib part of the animal. During the preparation the bone ensures even roasting of the meat, and the infiltrated fat in the steak structure adds even more flavorful taste.
