For ice cream lovers, the seasons do not matter, but the taste does. Therefore, it is not surprising that My Cream products, which will be presented to the visitors at the International Exhibition Bulpek 2019, are so diverse.
From 6th to 9th of November at the company stand of Dzudi-2015 you will be able to see ice creams with different tastes, including vanilla ice cream, strawberry ice cream, banana ice cream, cream ice cream, as well as chocolate ice cream.
The method of preparation is very simple: 1:2, i.e. to 1 part of dry ice cream are added 2 parts of cold water. Stir with a mixer for 5-8 minutes until a thick cream is obtained, then freeze it. When it is prepared for an ice cream maker, everything should be stirred until complete dissolution of the sugar and obtaining a fluffy consistency that is more liquid. From 1 kg of dry ice cream powder it I possible to prepare 10 L of ready ice cream.
More sweet delights will be exhibited at Stand D5 in Hall 3 from 6 to 9 November during Bulpek 2019.
