This year Lesaffre Bulgaria ,the leading producer of yeasts, starters and premixes for bread production, will participate in the exhibition BULPEK – you are welcome to Hall 3, booth B4. Special surprises for visitors are prepared, including two special events:
November 8, Wednesday, 3 pm – Tasting with Ivan Zvezdev – Immediately after the opening of the exhibition, you will be able to try different types of bread made with the latest products from Lesaffre from the Inventis line. Among them are the mixes Chia with flax, Saxon and Spelta mix mixes. They will be presented by the popular Chef Ivan Zvezdev, who will also announce the start of the lottery with attractive prizes.
November 10, 16.00 – A cup of coffee and French croissants with Teddy Katsarova and Lesaffre. The famous singer and ambassador of the brand Lesaffre will have a discussion with the Lesaffre technologist about bread products, and all visitors will be able to get involved in the conversation or simply enjoy croissants and coffee Baristo. Teddy Katsarova will also draw the lottery winners who will receive Lesaffre branded products.
