ASSOCIATION OF MEAT PROCESSORS IN BULGARIA

With more than 30 years of history, the Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria (AMB) is the leading and only professional organization uniting  the companies of the meat industry in the country.

The mission of AMB is to strengthen the sector’s position and to support its members in the fields of technology, food safety, innovation, marketing, as well as in partnership with governmental institutions.

AMB publishes specialized literature and the monthly Meat Bulletin, organizes trainings, represents the industry at international exhibitions, and supports the preparation of young professionals.

For over three decades, AMB has been the organizer of MEATMANIA – the largest international specialized exhibition for meat and meat products in Bulgaria, established as a successful professional platform.

The association is a member of the European organizations CLITRAVI and UECBV, actively representing the interests of the Bulgarian meat processing industry at international level.
