At its collective booth at Inter Expo Center, the organization showcases five leading producers: Rozino Organic Farm – ESG-certified dairy products; Dolni Dabnik Organic Sheep Farm – Bulgaria’s most modern, with premium sheep cheese; Orion – cured meats and fresh products with closed-cycle production and biogas use; Mazali – traditional lutenitsa, ajvar, jams; DeVina – award-winning wines from Komluka.
