BAGRI

Bagri is a brand of artisan sheep’s milk products. We own a sheep farm in the region of Belene, on the territory of the Persina Nature Park. The farm is a closed-loop concept.
The breed of our sheep is French – Lacon. Their milk is very high-fat and the taste and the scent are very delicate. The animals are pasture raised on open fields, and during the cold months we feed them with dried herbs and fresh grass from our sprout growing machine.
We follow artisanal recipes and make natural products by hand. We use our own milk to produce them.
