“Enola Mes” is located in the village of Zdravets, Targovishte region and produces all the main groups of meat products, some of which are based on old family recipes.

Guided by the motto “Quality meat, quality life!” the company works only with fresh Bulgarian raw meat – mainly from its own production and strives to offer products with the cleanest possible label. Each product is developed to achieve uncompromising taste, and is produced with attention to every detail of the production process, while complying with all safety requirements. And as a result, the following were awarded the Gold Medal at Mesomania 2023 : Kebapche, Krеnwirsh and Ham “Enola”, Salam Kamchia and Banski But, and in 2024, Kyufte “Enola”, Shpek Delicatessen and Petrohan.
