We specialise in the making of Italian gelato from natural products as well as authentic high quality Italian desserts. We have a production facility which is fully equipped and registered as per the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency and a HACCP system has been implemented. It is located at №40 Rodopski Izvor str. in the south of Sofia in the Borovo neighbourhood. We have a licence for production and thus we are not only able to sell gelato at our own locations, we are also able to sell and distribute to other restaurants and locations.

In the making of our gelato and other products we use natural ingredients, seasonal herbs, seasonings and superfoods, high quality chocolate, South American cocoa, fresh seasonal fruit as well as shock-frozen fruit when needed! See – we like to keep things fresh!

We prepare natural tahinis consisting of only 100% blended nuts (with almond, hazelnut, pistachio, walnut and cashew options available) without any added salt, sugar, conservatives and artificial colourings.

You have an opportunity to come and try our gentle gelato sweetness, cakes and other sweet products and desserts, as well as our healthy tahinis. To satisfy your desires, we carefully combine flavours which very gently and softly indulge your senses. In our gelato world, every day is a small, sweet celebration.
