At Mlivo we are third generation millers and our family company is the only producer in Bulgaria of  high protein flours without additives, improvers, bleaches and soy. We own two fully automated stone mills, thus combining modern milling technologies with traditional stone grinding. We believe in the high quality of Bulgarian wheat and the importance of supporting Bulgarian farmers, that’s why we use only locally sourced, Bulgarian varieties of wheat and rye.
