The family company “TEDI 1 – IVAN GERAKSIEV” EOOD was founded in 2004. The main activity of the company is the production and commerce of pastry and confectionery products.

It all started in a small bakery with huge enthusiasm and persistence. From then until today, we offer a vast range of syrup pastry products. In 2021, inspired by the Rhodopian region of Bulgaria and by the traditional taste we grew up with, we created our new products – homemade pastry dishes – banitsas and byureks.

To meet the needs of a busy and dynamic everyday life, we have preserved the taste and quality of traditional grandma’s banitsas in an easy-to-prepare frozen product.

For us, quality is not only a goal, but also a top priority. Our ambitions are to work in direct partnership with our customers.
