YAK Brothers Ltd. began producing confectionery and baked goods in 2019, building on the long-standing tradition and expertise of three generations of pastry chefs.In 2024, the company launched a new brand, KOSHÓ, developed by the head pastry chef and owner in collaboration with his wife. The brand offers a rich selection of treats, including bite-sized cookies, honey cakes, muffins, traditional homemade Bulgarian baklava, Turkish revani, pastries, and a variety of syrup-soaked and baked desserts.
