Three dairy products produced in Bulgaria

Lacrima in its participation in DAIRY EXPO SOFIA 2025 exhibition: the focus are three dairy produdts – Probiotic Labneh Balls, classic Bulgarian ayran and traditional yogurt

There are barely 10 days left until the start of the DAIRY EXPO SOFIA 2025 exhibition, at which the company will present its products. The business platform is also the place where Lacrima will present three of its leading products – probiotic balls, classic Bulgarian ayran and traditional yogurt.

All this will happen in Hall 2, Stand B3 of the exhibition. In the next few minutes, we present to you nearly three products that the Lacrima team will focus on in its participation at Inter Expo Center.

Naturally rich in probiotics

Made in Bulgaria, Probiotic Labneh Balls are an authentic Middle Eastern delicacy. Made from strained yogurt, they are creamy and savory balls, hand-rolled and preserved in quality olive oil. “They are naturally rich in probiotics to support gut health,” the company informs.

 Consumers prefer the Probiotic Labneh Balls because they are a good solution for spreading, a healthy and high-protein snack, an appetizer. “A true blend of tradition and wellness,” the team tells us.

The authentic taste of the three dairy products

Lacrima Ayran is created in Bulgaria according to a classic recipe. It is a Bulgarian/Balkan fermented milk drink, known for its refreshingly simple recipe.

“Made from the authentic combination of yogurt, water and a pinch of salt, it offers a slightly spicy and salty flavor profile,” Lacrima shares.

The key strain Lactobacillus Bulgaricus

Created according to an authentic recipe, yogurt is also the basis of Lacrima’s participation in this year’s DAIRY EXPO SOFIA exhibition.

“Authentic Bulgarian yogurt is prepared using all methods and only with the highest quality milk,” the company explains. The Bulgarian starter culture is used, containing the key strain Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, which gives it a natural flavor and a thick, firm texture.
