From November 11 to 14, hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors arrive in Sofia for MEATMANIA, DAIRY EXPO SOFIA, BULPEK, INTERFOOD&DRINK and Wine&Spirits Show.; INTERFOOD&DRINK celebrates its 25th edition
New horizons for the food and beverage and related sectors will open from November 11 to 14. Because that is when the International Food Exhibitions will be held, which the food and beverage sector in Bulgaria, the Balkans and Eastern Europe is eagerly awaiting. And although we are in the midst of summer, the team organizing MEATMANIA, DAIRY EXPO SOFIA, BULPEK, INTERFOOD&DRINK and Wine&Spirits Show is working at full speed to welcome exhibitors and visitors from November 11 to 14 at Inter Expo Center.
“Business”, “innovation” and “perspectives” are the keywords behind the exhibitions that will be held in Sofia. The format unites the entire food and beverage industry (FBI). Therefore, it is a key event for Bulgaria, the Balkan Peninsula and Eastern Europe. From November 11 to 14, the exhibitions will provide opportunities for business development, entering and developing new markets, new products and innovations, revealing customer attitudes and discovering the latest marketing and advertising tools.

They were welcomed by 400 exhibitors from Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Serbia, Kosovo, the Republic of North Macedonia, Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Lithuania, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Vietnam, Indonesia, presenting over 1,000 brands.

Everything about the meat processing industry is revealed at MEATMANIA. The organizers – the Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria and the co-organizer – Inter Expo Center, put all their energy into presenting machinery and equipment, meat, meat products, additives, refrigeration, air conditioning and transport equipment, packaging solutions, cleaning systems, etc.
DAIRY EXPO SOFIA presents everything about milk, dairy products, machinery, raw materials, specialized software and equipment. This will be the 24th edition of the format, organized by Inter Expo Center and the Association of Dairy Processors in Bulgaria.
If bread production and baking are the subject of your interest, visit BULPEK. At it, the National Branch Union of Bakers and Confectioners and Inter Expo Center bring together the bread, confectionery, raw materials, equipment and consumables sectors.
25th edition
The key exhibition INTERFOOD&DRINK is celebrating its 25th edition. The format will once again unite the production processes of food, beverages, food additives, packaging, machinery and storage equipment. Here is also the separate BIO ZONE, which over the last decade has established itself as a key place where specialists, producers and traders of certified organic products gather.
And the Wine&Spirits Show? The format is highly valued by producers and traders of wine, craft beer and high-alcohol beverages, distributors, restaurateurs, hoteliers, bartenders and in general – all professionals in the sector.

Top chefs and visionaries in the dozens of side events at the International Food Fairs
Top chefs, innovators, bold names from the food business and investors will once again embark on the accompanying program of MEAT MANIA, THE MILK ROAD, BULPEK, INTERFOOD&DRINK and Wine&Spirits Show. There were over 30 events at the last edition. The International Pizza Championship brought together world-class names. Pizzaiolo Will Grand arrived in Bulgaria.
The charity event “Children Help Children” was also held. BoulevardART of Tastes took us to many corners of the world. We visited the tasting soiree “Bread, Wine and a Little Chocolate” of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
