Lechino olives have a delicate sweetness, rich fruity taste and intense aroma. The average fat content is much higher than that of the other olives – more than 20%. They are purple-brown in color, the lack of uniformity of color is due to the process of harvesting, at various stages of their maturity. The size of this olive is small and usually exceeds 180-220 units per kilogram.
