In the spring of 2017 the factory introduced to the market a new product: traditional Bulgarian cheese from goat milk from specially selected Alpine breed goats,in 400 g cuts.
The Goat cheese is rich in beneficial lactic acid bacteria, proteins, calcium, vitamins, and is significantly superior to most dairy products. It helps in the faster treatment of lung diseases, strengthens the immune and nervous system.
