After hosting several business forums in October, the event center proved its potential to create the conditions for business in a safe and healthy environment.

Intelligent control of ventilation systems
Inter Expo Center is designed for holding specialized events with all conditions. After the first business forum, the event center once again proved to be a place that under the conditions created ensures a safe and healthy environment. In addition to the measures taken following the instructions of the health authorities, internal “Rules and measures” have been developed.
Intelligent control of the ventilation systems in the halls has been created, thanks to which the good ventilation is guaranteed. Full flow separation is provided for inlet and outlet airflow. The large volume of air in the halls, which are over 10 m high, is another prerequisite for a safe and secure environment at any time of the business forums.
No crowds in one place
Unlike mass events, such as concerts that bring together a large number of people at the same time, business forums allow for the gradual management and direction of the flow of people. In this way there is no possibility of congestion and free movement is ensured in compliance with all measures prescribed by the authorities.
Crowd management
“In order to avoid the possibility of crowding and queues at the entrances of Inter Expo Center and to ensure the smooth movement of visitors, we have already implemented a” smart introduction “at the entrance of the halls to control the flow of people,” said the organizers. As a preventive measure, the developed “Internal rules and measures” recommend those present not to shake hands, and participants to regulate the flow of people at their stand. An additional measure is the strict control over cleaning and the availability of disinfectants.
