In the course of several years, we ,the team of ELVI ,participate in The World of Milk exhibition, presenting our company’s dairy products Bozhentsi. We have always strived to interest visitors with something new but always keeping to the Taste of Bulgarian Tradition.
This year we will also remain faithful to ourselves and will present natural products made using classic technology, combined with authentic authentic recipes and modern quality requirements.
We believe that we contribute to good health, bringing pleasure with the tasted products, and support Bulgarian conscience and confidence.
That’s why we are pleased to present our latest TERTER and BULGAREA products, with which we aim to satisfy the variety of preferences and requirements for white brined cheese, yellow cheese and yogurt.
TERTER
In the name of good taste, we made :
- TERTER cow yoghurt with cream, choosing between 2%, 4%, 6% and 10% fat in a non-standard, beautiful package of 300 g.
- White brined cow’s milk cheese TERTER. Hard, ripe, with an expressive milk flavor and a choice between a vacuum pack or a handy box with brine.
- TERTER yellow cheese from pure cow’s milk with a characteristic milky and creamy flavor. Protected in a breathable cryo-box that distinguish it.
BULGAREA • We offer white brined cheese and Bulgarea cheese, which make from cow’s milk in different cuts according to the Bulgarian State Standard (BDS).
