Automation is a key element in the modern food industry. In an effort to contribute to the development of the industry, this year the specialists from BETA FEST will focus on a variety of automation solutions during their presentation.
The company will focus our attention on a universal automatic depalletizer, model DEPAL 1. The machine for automatic unloading of empty glass jars operates with different diameters from a pallet (1200/1000 / 2400mm) and placing them at the entrance of the filling line. With DEPAL 1, a capacity of 8,000 jars is achieved (depending on the size of the jar, the capacity varies).
The automatic filling system for autoclave carts, model F1B, is the other new machine on which the company will focus our attention. The feeding of full jars, loading and unloading of the autoclave trolleys is done completely automatically. “In view of the growing needs for automation of processes in the warehouses of large enterprises in the canning industry, the BETA FEST team has created a fully automated charging system for autoclaves,” the company said.
BETA FEST will give us more information about its products from 4 to 7 November in Hall 3, Stand D9.
