“Nedko Nedkov – Ovcharovo” Ltd. is a company dedicated to the cultivation of pure vegetable crops, production of high quality milk, dairy products, biogas and meat. The main goal and effort of the company have always been not only to grow but also to offer absolutely natural products of uncompromising quality. Besides the desire to continue the tradition of the authentic Bulgarian taste in the production of our dairy products, we consider it a worthy and achievable goal to export these products beyond the borders of our country.
The dairy is equipped with modern machinery, an entirely fully closed cycle of manufacting. The production of dairy products started in the beginning of 2016 with white brined cheese”Dobrotitsa”, we have an approval and now finalize the procedure for cheese production under BDS.
Production capacity, average per month :
White brined cheese – 150 tons;
Yoghurt with 3.6% and 2% fat content 500 g – 200 tons;
Fresh milk in plastic bottles 1 l – 50 tons;
Ayran in plastic bottles of 500 ml – 30 tons
Yellow cheese Dobrotitsa from cow milk – 8 tons
Cow milk butter 82% fat – 1 ton
Home-made sour cream 30% – 2 tons
