The brand philosophy is based on the careful selection of raw materials, careful processing and storage. The main used products come from Bulgarian agriculture. “A small portion of the ingredients are not grown in our latitudes,” the company commented. Vkusini develops four product lines: Tradition, Vegan, Meat and Fish.
Meat
We change to the Meat Line. Here we find “Barbecue Seasoning” suitable for griled ribs with the genuine Old Recipes Sauce, juicy pork, chicken steak. And the “Meat Seasoning ” brings an exceptional taste and aroma to every dish and every type of meat. Kaiser Spice, with its exotic Orient flavors, turns every piece of meat into a delicacy. When preparing chicken, we can also refer to the special “Chicken Seasoning” by the company.
“Tradition”
The product line includes Starozhelezarska Colourful salt, Trakiyska Colourful salt, Homemade Colourful salt, Rustical Colourful salt and Yambolska Samardala . Starozhelezarska Colourful salt is prepared according to a traditional recipe from Staro Zhelezare village. “We keep and maintain the special recipe carefully to this day, so that you can touch the Taste of the old times and bring tradition to the future together,” the company commented. Trakiyska Colourful salt is a spicy seasoning – rich in flavors and aromas. Ho Homemade Colourful salt is related to the important moments of traditional Bulgarians welcoming their dear guests with bread and mixed herbs in salt. Rustical Colourful salt is hot and contains spices, bringing us to the warm hug of Bulgarian village. And adding a bit of Samardala from Yambol gives a specific and appetizing taste to each dish.
Vegan
Organa Bulgara has created an extensive vegan product line. In the long list we can find “Vegetable Spice for Beans,” Seasoning for Tarator and Milk Salad „, as well as Gyulbyul. To satisfy all taste requirements, the company has created a Vegetable Mix of selected dried vegetables suitable for the preparation of soups, stews and more. At the booth we can also find Potato Seasoning.
Fish
In its list of proposed fish recipes, the company will present its special Fish Seasoning. It contains a rich palette of selected aromatic spices.
