The European Pallet Association EPAL is founded in 1991 on the initiative of the European Railways. The aim of the association is to establish a uniform standard for the production, trade, recycling and logistics of pallets.
EPAL is currently represented in more than thirty countries by 15 National Committees, which have committed themselves to implementing the EPAL objectives on a national basis.
The producers from Bulgaria, Greece and Romania has been unified in BGR Pallet Association, which is a National Committee of EPAL. It is the successor of the established in 2009 Bulgarian Pallet Association. The main mission of the organization is to help and stimulate the licensed factories in their production and repair activities, as well to protect their business interests. Our association ensures assistance and support to our members, monitoring and controlling of national and global markets of pallets.
