SOFIA SECONDARY SCHOOL OF BREAD-MAKING AND CONFECTIONERY TECHNOLOGIES
Sofia Secondary School of Bread-making and Confectionery Technologies is the only one in Bulgaria specialized in this field with long-standing traditions in the preparation of staff for bakery and pastry industry. It was founded in 1954 as a Professional School with bakery profile. Since 1973, confectionery is also included in the curricula.
For years, the secondary school has been working on international projects, enabling its students to improve their knowledge and skills, and make them competitive not only in Bulgaria, but abroad as well.
