DOS ALAMOS WINERY
DOS ALAMOS WINERY was established in 2013 in the village of Negovanovtsi, in the Vidin Region, near the Danube riverside where the sandy soils and temperate continental climate contribute
to the balance and harmony of the varietal flavours, sugars, and acidity—an excellent basis for making unique wines.
This is a boutique winery, built according to all the modern winemaking technologies. Its goal is to produce high-quality wines, elegant and fruity, an expression of the local terroir.
The vineyards are situated in the winery’s vicinity on a hilly terrain where the sun shines throughout the day.
The varieties planted are Bulgarian Rubin, the classic Sauvignon Blanc, and the extravagant Semillon. Moreover, there is a diversity of grapes in the region that can be processed in
the Dos Alamos.
The wine ages and matures in oak barrels of the barrique type, stored in vaults built deep underground, thus assuring a year-round constant temperature.
