„Air” Bakery is developing and producing softly-baked city-style sourdough bread, made with ancient and old grains, vegan sourdough pastries that deliver nutrients for a long time for half day satiety, desserts with low or zero sugar content. We work with wild fermentation of grains, seeds and nuts and create probiotic products with them. The whole produce is plant-based and is designed to satiate the city dweller with little and rare eating.
The bakery works with small local suppliers and fresh ingredients.
