Product quality is no longer linked only to the safety of the product, but to how the consumer perceives the product while consuming it, the extent to which the expectations created by the brand, advertising and packaging match the taste characteristics of the product.
Everyday, while tasting food and drink, people evaluate with their senses, but they can not always describe and justify their preferences.
During the specialized international exhibition MEATMANIA at Inter Expo Center, at the booth of the Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria,in Hall 1 - DI together with the laboratory NSF Euro Consultants Bulgaria will present the new edition "SENSOR ANALYSIS - practical guide for meat and meat products, poultry meat and poultry products, eggs and egg products, fish and fish products, meat and fish cans ".
We invite specialists on 9 and 10 November from 2 to 3 pm ,and on 11 November from 11 am to 12 pm, to present a demonstration on how to measure and assess the characteristics of meat and meat products that are perceived through sensations and perceptions of vision, smell, taste, contact and hearing.
