The steadily rising trend in the canning industry in recent years and the increased needs of companies in this economic branch made BETA FEST find a solution to some of the problems in the sector.
Due to the labor problem and for maintaining high efficiency, the company has developed a machine, model RTA5, for cutting out and removing the seed part of peppers of different sizes.
The capacity of the machine is 5,000-6,000 pieces per hour and does not require preliminary calibration in view of the concrete pepper size, i. e. it can work with both small and large diameter peppers.
BETA FAST OOD was established in 1994 by four associates, specialists at the KIBERNETICS Department of the German company FESTO GmbH, producing pneumatic equipment and industrial electronics, with subsidiaries in more than 60 countries, and with more than 40 years of experience.
At the initial stage of its establishment, the company organized its production activities with a staff of 10 employees. The favorable market environment, characterized by the absence of competitors producing similar machines and the developing production potential in the food and beverage industry contribute to the rapid development of the company.
Thus, in 1997, it expanded its production activities in Ukraine, creating the subsidiary Electron Fest entirely owned by BETA FEST.
The manufacturer finds markets outside Bulgaria with real opportunities to occupy a leading position on the domestic market. Among the advantages are the comparatively low production costs of the machines made and their high quality compared to the second hand Western ones often bought by Bulgarian start-ups.
In the same year, the company also established a branch in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, where parts of the machines are made on the production lines of BETA FEST.
