Sheep katak in a clay pot – traditional Bulgarian technology

From 6 to 9 November Sigmen dairy will present a traditional product for the Bulgarian lands – a sheep katak in a clay pot. Created by traditional Bulgarian technology, it is unique both with its taste qualities and with the fact that it is produced only once a year.

Certainly, as an exhibitor at the World of milk, the company will present the large variety of their product offers. Among them we will find cow, sheep, goat and buffalo cheese. Among the highlights of their presentation will be the hand-made cow yellow cheese and cottage cheese, produced by an individual recipe.

Sigmen Dairy will exhibit their products in Hall 2, Stand 2С1.
