Ultra-compact cash register, self-service terminal and remote-controlled cooking system will meet us at #RETAIL SHOW

From 6 to 9 November Inter Expo Center opens its doors for the first in Bulgaria and the Balkan region exhibition for retail industry

The retail sector is high-tech and full of state of the art solutions. Being of paramount importance for our everyday life,  it is one of the branches that professionals define as extremely promising. Its potential will be deployed during the first edition of the #RETAIL SHOW, which will be held from 6 to 9 November at Inter Expo Center.

The ultra-compact cash register will attract the attention with its stylish design and compact size  . It is named Daisy Compact S, weighs only 300 grams and was created by the Bulgarian producer Daisy Tech. Thanks to its universal battery and the option to be connected via Bluetooth and WiFi, it becomes a kind of an office.

Payment options are substantial in trade and service. Here again we should be thankful to the modern technologies presented at the #RETAIL SHOW. One of them is Si. Spot. Pay – an application that allows you to pay through your phone. The innovative system guarantees to the client easy and intuitive features thanks to a combination of fast connection between the vending machines and the mobile application, which owns a mobile wallet. It can be charged by coin mechanism, credit card and other payment methods.

We control remotely the cooking systems

Certainly, high tech  cannot miss the cooking systems. The steam convection oven SelfCookingCenter, presented by VERA 94   is proving this to us. The cooking system is feeling, recognizing, and in fact is thinking while working. Our curiosity is challenged by the remote access function ConnectedCooking. Through it, the cook can control the process quickly and easily from a computer, smartphone or tablet.

Traditions are always in vogue

Some of the most successful products are those that have passed the heavy time test. So after all the high-tech we have presented so far, we cannot miss to mention traditional solutions.

It is evident that among them at #RETAIL SHOW we will find a wide variety of showcases for different types of goods. Including ice cream, of course... Thanks to a special holder, the Expo Market's Ice cream shop windows are tailored to all varieties available on the market and are equipped with doors and a protecting cover against dust and moisture. To optimize the processes, companies will also offer desktop, passive showcases to be placed next to the cash register, allowing to offer to customers different types of bakery and confectionery products. And if you need a solution for bulk foods, you can also choose L-shaped showcases with a shovel or traditional wooden utensils. For the smooth transport and storage of various goods, our attention will of course be attracted by various ideas, among which are the EPAL certified euro-pallets.

Modularity – The efficient solution
