Amusing accompanying program welcomes visitors of the international food and retail exhibitions 2019 at Inter Expo Center

A diverse palette of emotions is promised by the accompanying program of the international exhibitions MEATMANIA, WORLD OF MILK, BULPEK, INTERFOOD & DRINK, SALON OF WINE and #RETAIL SHOW. The biggest events for the food and retail sector in Bulgaria will welcome their numerous visitors at Inter Expo Center from 6 to 9 November.

The organizers from Inter Expo Center have decided to catch the interest of the most sophisticated tastes with the entirely new events platform - "Senses Without Borders", which provoke with an extensive program of workshops, demonstrations and tastings. Its culmination will be on November 8, when the doors of Hall 6 in the International Exhibition Center will remain open and at 7.00 pm. will meet the connoisseurs of good taste. They will be involved in an unusual night trip with tasting of wine, chocolate, bread, coffee, various gourmet foods and more. Candy Bar with over 5000 candies with a variety of tastes, as well as a chocolate fountain for chocolate tapas are among the surprises that the organizers have prepared.

However, after we mentioned about the forthcoming sweet emotions, there is no way not to reveal that some of the most favorite culinary and lifestyle bloggers, vloggers and journalists will create chocolate jewels under the leadership of the master in this area Chef Pavel Pavlov. The Master class with him will be held on the 7th November, thanks to the joint organization of Inter Expo Center and Pastry Academy.

Competitions with a Coffee flavour

Coffee aroma will also be spreading out in the halls of the International Exhibition Center. For the fourth consecutive year  Baristo are inviting to this exciting challenge, dedicated to His Majesty the Coffee, by holding the Bulgarian Barista Championship 2019 in the framework of Interfood & Drink. The second edition of another coffee competition – Latte Art Championship, will also bring the art notes to the offered cups with aromatic refreshing beverage.

International Pizza Championship

The International Pizza Championship, which will take place during the largest food fairs, also takes its well-deserved place in the extensive program of accompanying events. It will guarantee a fierce culinary competition, which is absolutely not to be missed. The qualification for the World Pizza Cup in Parma in 2020 will be held in Bulgaria for the first time.

Gold medal for the distinguished participants

Competitions during international exhibitions are not limited to the nomination of the best baristas and pizza-makers. During MEATMANIA, WORLD OF MILK, BULPEK, INTERFOOD & DRINK, SALON OF WINE and #RETAIL SHOW the traditional competition "Gold medal with diploma" for quality and original market products will be held. The purpose of the award is to encourage and promote the food business for the production and supply of Bulgarian food with proven and unique qualities.

#RETAIL SHOW for the first time

The biggest surprise comes with the first edition of the only exhibition for retail industry in Bulgaria and on the Balkans #RETAIL SHOW 2019. "The event will allow the professionals in the industry to promote their products and to make new business contacts with companies from Bulgaria and abroad", the organizers explain. In the framework of the #RETAIL SHOW the specialized workshop "Interior design and consumer behavior in the store" will be held for the first time. The event focuses on the interior and product design, the relationship between the design of the store, product packaging, merchandising, retail marketing and consumer behaviour.
