JURY
The competition will be conducted and judged in strict accordance with the rules of the World Association of Chefs' Societies (WACS). Each category will be judged by a professional jury, which will be announced in advance.

VI INTERNATIONAL PIZZA CHAMPIONSHIP
This year's International Pizza Championship will take place on November 8 and 9 at Inter Expo Center, during the International Food Exhibitions 2023.
Competitors will be able to participate in six different disciplines:
- Pizza Classica
- Pizza Napoletana
- Pizza Romana
- Pizza Acrobatica
- Pizza In Due
- Pizza Black Box
This year's judges also impress with their class and vast experience. Competitors will be judged by names like:

NOVEMBER 8 (WEDNESDAY)
9:00 AM | Registration of participants who pre-registered for the contest and those who currently wish to join (priority is given to participants who pre-registered and paid in advance). Registered participants will receive a set of clothes for the competition - hat, shirt, front apron, as well as a certificate of participation. |
10:00 AM | Introduction of officials, jury, sponsors and organizers of the championship |
10:30 AM | Start of the competition |
6:00 PM | End of the competition |

9:00 AM | Registration of participants (priority is given to those who have registered in advance and paid in advance). |
